We will then check availability, email you a quote and send through a booking form with details on how to pay the deposit.

- Can I change the items once I have booked?
Yes you can change your items up to 24 hours ahead of collection pending availability. Just give us a call and we will try to sort you out with whatever you need.

- How do I pay?
A £100 deposit via bank transfer or Paypal will be required to secure the booking. The hire charge is then payable on collection. You can pay by cash, card or bank transfer but all funds must be cleared by the day of hire. Your deposit will be refunded once you have returned the items and we have checked all the equipment.

- Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Delivery is an extra £10 within 5 miles of BS4 or you are welcome to collect for free.

- Are you insured?
Yes we are insured, we have public liability of up to one million pounds. However we do note in our terms and conditions that you should not smoke, drink or have any kind of fire (bbq etc) next to the equipment and this is the hirers responsibility.

- Do you supply the popcorn?
We supply corn kernels to make popcorn for up to 25 guests. After this you can purchase more portions at £10 per 25 portions. Please note that we give you a sweet glaze that can be added directly to the pan with the corn and if you would prefer salted popcorn you will need to provide you own salt and add it to the popcorn once it is cooked.

- Do you supply ingredients for the hot dog steamer?
No we do not supply any hot dog ingredients. The hirer will need to supply their own sausages, hot dog rolls, ketchup and mustard etc.
